Jenn is our Office Manager. She brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. Originally from Atascadero, she attended Atascadero High School where she was actively involved in the soccer and cheer teams, proudly representing the Greyhounds. Even today, Jenn's love for sports remains strong, and she often spends her evenings and weekends engaged in various sporting activities.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Jenn's professional journey started in the retail industry before finding success in the pharmaceutical sector. However, her career trajectory took a significant turn in 2022 when she attended a State Farm insurance event with Courtney. Inspired by the experience, Jenn made the decision to redirect her focus and pour her energy into the insurance industry. Her commitment, wisdom, and unwavering spirit have made a tremendous impact on our San Luis Obispo County State Farm agency. Jenn has her sights set on owning her own agency in the future.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenn finds joy in watching her children participate in a range of activities such as baseball, softball, basketball, dance, and flag football.

Ryan was born and raised in the sunny state of Florida. Growing up in the Florida Keys and later on the Space Coast, he developed a deep appreciation for his home state. After graduating from Titusville High School, Ryan embarked on a new adventure by joining the Marine Corps. His dedication and skills led him to the prestigious Marine Barracks in Washington, D.C., where he became a vital part of the elite Body Bearers unit. In this honorable role, Ryan and his platoon had the solemn privilege of laying fallen Marines to rest in the sacred grounds of Arlington National Cemetery.

During his time in Washington, Ryan's path crossed with Courtney, and their connection grew strong. They soon married and now have a wonderful little boy who brings them endless happiness. Before joining the family business at Courtney Morrow Insurance Agency, Inc., Ryan pursued his passion as a Personal Trainer and Recreation Therapist. Now, as a licensed agent team member, Ryan utilizes his expertise in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance to help others protect what matters most to them.

Their friendship began when Courtney was a team member of another agent, and they connected instantly due to their shared birthday and mutual drive to assist others.

Prior to joining the Courtney Morrow Insurance Agency Inc., she successfully owned and operated her own restaurant in Atascadero. Bailee, a Paso Robles native and proud graduate of Paso High, has always been an active member of her community. As a former cheerleader for the Paso High Bearcats, she knows how to bring energy and enthusiasm to any situation. Bailee's caring nature extends beyond the cheer team, as she has always been a loving big sister to her younger siblings who share her passion for sports.

Bailee's professional journey began with the Morrow family, where she gained valuable experience as their son's babysitter. Recognizing her potential, she later joined Courtney's team as a licensed agent, embracing a full-time role. Bailee's warm and friendly demeanor makes her a natural fit for her position, and she is often the first friendly face you'll encounter at our Templeton location. Patty comes to us with 14 years of hospitality experience. You can easily see by Patty's friendly demeanor and her attention to detail, that she truly she cares about people. Patty is dedicated to prompt and accurate service. She holds the CA Property and Casualty license, and Life and Health license. She is fluent in Spanish and loves helping bilingual State Farm customers with their auto and life insurance needs.

Patty and her husband live in Atascadero with their son, and two daughters who are home for the summer from college.
